One career-long pattern

The settings changed, but the work stayed remarkably consistent: assess the need, build a practical process, train the people who will use it, remove friction and improve the outcome.

Training and Onboarding

Developed 12-week Reserve Officer academies, condensed Seasonal Park Ranger onboarding into two-day programs, trained officers in the field and taught undergraduate criminal justice remotely.

Program Implementation

Helped establish police-probation liaison workflows, balanced volunteer-unit needs with department priorities and supported early ALPR implementation with a corporate asset-protection partner.

Customer Education and AI

Used AI independently in real estate to create buyer presentations, playbooks, communication resources and repeatable client workflows across BoldTrail, Follow Up Boss, RealScout and Keller Williams Command.

Investigations and Digital Forensics

Conducted complex investigations, examined digital evidence, translated technical findings for nontechnical audiences and built reusable warrant, subpoena and service-provider workflow resources for incoming investigators.
