Training and Onboarding

Built structured reserve-officer and seasonal park-ranger onboarding, trained officers in the field and taught undergraduate criminal justice remotely.

Program Implementation

Led an agency-side ALPR program funded through a $40,000 Target + Blue corporate partnership and built electronic-crimes capability around technology, documentation and investigator enablement. View two implementation case studies.

Customer Education and AI

Used AI in real estate to create buyer presentations, playbooks, communication resources and repeatable client workflows across BoldTrail, Follow Up Boss, RealScout and Keller Williams Command.

Investigations and Digital Forensics

Conducted complex investigations, examined digital evidence, translated technical findings for nontechnical audiences and built reusable warrant, subpoena and service-provider workflow resources for incoming investigators. Evidence basis
